| Located on CB&Q's Galesburg to Kansas City line, (MI&L quit in 1929), Macomb has a passing siding on the west end of town. Passenger service is provided by Amtrak's Illinois Zephyr but in the past the American Royal and Nebraska Zephyr stopped here. | |
